Rafting Ubaye "L'Intégral"

Half-day rafting trip down the Ubaye, from myth to reality.

Between Barcelonnette and the lake of Serre Ponçon near Aix en Provence.

Guided rafting descents: for maximum fun and safety.

In the 2nd part, the famous sport course of the "Ex-Infranchissables".

Duration 3h / 3h30, 12 km with jumps and white water swimming.

We will meet you at our base at your chosen time.

You will be given a complete set of equipment: booties + neoprene suit + helmet + lifejacket. 

A state-qualified guide will give you a full briefing of technical and safety instructions.  

Along the water: 

• crossing the numerous rapids
  
• swimmer rescue
• white water swimming and jumping
• stroll to a small waterfall
• crossing the Gorges du Lauzet
• Pancake party (turning the boat around) optional
• maximum concentration to succeed in crossing the rapids of the Ex-infranchissables.

Please note: at the end of the 1st course, we board the minibus to go into the water upstream of the starting point for a course even more rich in adrenaline.

Rafting down the Ubaye requires you to be in good physical shape, to be able to swim 25 m and to immerse yourself.

Bring a swimsuit, a towel and if necessary a cord to attach your glasses.

Tapering rates: from 8 ps (- 2 €/ps), from 14 ps (- 4 €/ps).

On site : bars (draught beers), snack bar (Italian specialities) and restaurant (pizzas and local salads).

Accomodation : Camping River (on site) and Gîte de Méolans (2.5 km away).

For those who stay ashore : lac du Lauzet (supervised swimming, SUP rental).
