Intégral Verdon by Rafting or Hot-dog

Full descent of the Verdon by Rafting or Hot-dog.

We will meet you in Castellane at 10:30 am.

A full set of equipment is provided: botillons + neoprene suit + helmet + lifejacket

A state-certified guide will give you a briefing on navigation and safety techniques.

You embark on a 20 km descent of the Verdon for 4 hours by rafting or kayaking between Castellane and the Grand Canyon:

The positive points:

- A grandiose scenery

- Accessible from 7 years old

The negative points:

-Too easy for thrill seekers

-At the end a difficult ascent with the equipment.

Equipment, supervision, small snack and minibus shuttle(s). Meals not provided.

Rafting down the Verdon River requires good physical fitness, the ability to swim 25 m and immerse yourself.

Bring a bathing suit, a bottle of water and if necessary a tie cord for your glasses.
